Strategy, Leadership and Career

In order to be successful in any Product or Project Management endeavor, strategy and leadership are a must. You need strategy to make sure your product or project is derived from companies big goals / key results and additionally how the strategy is embedded into your product vision, which is in the end, shows how your value proposition differentiates your product from other offerings. Leadership is also essential since almost all the times the project or product team does not report to you, so you need to influence and get most of the team setting the way and making them believers of the path you are taking.
